Responsibilities

Serves as an expert analyst in developing and maintaining DLA Financial Officers' Certification of Auditability (FOCA).

Applies analytical methods to analyze and assess data sets, utilizing tools like pivot tables, regression analysis, and data manipulation in Excel.

Tests and evaluates DLA Energy's Supply Chain Management Control Programs using various guidelines and audits.

Interprets and analyzes regulations and guidance related to acquisitions and energy management.

Researches and recommends revisions to acquisition/business processes and ensures compliance with regulations.

Leads coordination efforts with external auditors, develops position papers, and identifies problem areas for corrective actions.

Conducts studies to propose solutions for identified problems in supply chain management and acquisitions.

Required

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in implementing energy logistics doctrine, policies, practices, and procedures of DLA Energy and Military Services wholesale and retail energy supply chain management

Supporting procurement regulations and guidance such as the FAR, DFAR and CSPO DLA Energy specific procurement programs

Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations carried out by administrative or professional personnel

Manipulating Microsoft Excel and the use of pivot tables, limited regression analysis, plotting and graphing, and importing data from BSM-E into Excel for data manipulation
