Responsibilities
Develop project plans and timelines, manage and review all aspects of the project, and ensure the project remains on budget
Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Provide direction and guidance to team members to ensure successful completion of projects
Prepare project status reports and other project related documents
Communicate and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and other stakeholders on project progress
Monitor and control project scope, budget, and timeline
Evaluate project risk and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues
Ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal codes, regulations, and laws

Required
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
5+ years of experience in either multi-family, commercial, healthcare, and industrial construction
Strong working knowledge of construction industry practices, standards, and regulations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
Outstanding communication, organizational, and planning skills
