Responsibilities

Lead the strategic alignment between commercial management and marketing in order to leverage sales growth or the expansion of agencies and brokers.

Approve the brand management strategy (Brand equity)

Lead the implementation of corrective actions that allow a positive impact on Brand Equity.

Approve the implementation of branding proposals, initiatives and campaigns

Approve the corporate brand manual.

Approve corporate guidelines and methodologies for the execution of investigations of the market.

Define and approve corporate guidelines for the management of digital media and channels and digital marketing.

Approve the corporate digital marketing strategy and, in the same way, the corrective actions or relevant changes.

Lead the company's corporate social responsibility and sustainability strategy

Approve and monitor the dissemination channels and the budget allocated to corporate responsibility and sustainability initiatives.

Lead the definition and approve the advertising strategy, aligned with corporate branding and commercial management strategies.

Define and approve corporate guidelines for event management.

Create and define the guidelines and policies related to marketing management at the local level.

Approve the guidelines and policies related to external communication.

Approve and supervise the dissemination channels and the budget allocated to External Communication initiatives.

Lead the definition and approve the marketing budget (branding and advertising) according to the proposed strategy.
