Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and integration testing of Salesforce customizations and configurations.
Identify and document defects, errors, and inconsistencies in the system.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions.
