Responsibilities

Partner closely with NPI Readiness Engineering, Tech support, Operations, Planning, Procurement, and Business Intelligence to determine failure rates, costs, and service strategy.

Own complex cost analysis including sensitivity analysis, what-if analysis, and cost-benefit analysis to drive process improvement projects and design for repairability.

Required

5+ years experience in Finance or Operations in a high performing organization

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Driven by a strong work ethic

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with and influence business partners

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Ability to examine large data set, and identify cost lever to guide cross-functional team actions

Thriving in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other relevant field of study

Preferred

CPA or MBA

Knowledge of Tableau
