Responsibilities

Respond to client requests and questions as directed.
Apply for payments and send out payment reminders.
Manage flight changes and seat assignments.
Handle concierge-related details for clients.
Correspond with clients on preferences and assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes.
Prepare client documents and travel tips.
Assist with distributing information and coordinating internal or team needs.
Update daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM.
Set schedules and manage time effectively.
Manage client profiles and bookings.
Serve as backup travel support/main point of contact in emergencies.
Continuously grow in proficiency to implement tools for remote workplace culture.
