Responsibilities
Provide oversight of program operations at a multi-licensed building.
Maintain compliance with Office of Mental Health regulatory requirements and BOH's Policies and Procedures.
Work collaboratively with a team of Managers to ensure effective program management.
Be available and on-call 24/7 for any emergencies or operational needs.

Required
Master's degree in a Mental Health discipline
Three years of experience working with mentally ill and/or substance use population
Strong leadership skills, with ability to work independently, flexibly and responsibly
Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills
Preferred
License in a Mental Health discipline
