Responsibilities
Drive the product and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams
Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective
Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation
Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re met
Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans
Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development
Work closely with the product marketing teams on PR announcements, customer evangelism and education
Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Develop strategic vendor partnerships, lead integration planning, product positioning and messaging that differentiates DTEX across primary market segments and aligns with cybersecurity consolidation trends
Responsible for internal education and proactive customer communication about the product (roadmap updates, new releases, features/functionality enhancements)

Required
7+ years of experience in product or web development.
Highly motivated with extensive experience in successfully selling large ticket solutions.
Excellent knowledge of cybersecurity industry, competitors, and market landscape.
Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills, as well as the demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally.
Bachelor's Degree in product development or engineering.
Ability to present/demonstrate DTEX Systems’ product and solution sets; articulate DTEX Systems’ vision to Manager, Director and CXO levels.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution.
