Responsibilities
Design intuitive user interfaces for content management systems, advertising platforms, and data tools within the EV sector.
Employ wireframing, rapid prototyping, and visual/interaction design techniques to improve marketplace products.
Lead the design process from start to finish across various products, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Set and promote design standards and best practices throughout the company.
Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and apply data-driven methods to iterative design improvements.
Develop and manage UI specifications and style guides in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Participate in strategic decision-making and innovation efforts at EV.com.

Required
Minimum of 5 years in product design, including experience with web and mobile web applications, evidenced by a strong portfolio.
At least 2 years in a design leadership role and 3 years in B2B or SaaS settings, preferably within marketplace, e-commerce, or advertising domains.
Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Photoshop.
Skilled in conducting user research and implementing insights into design projects.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Design-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
