Responsibilities
Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve set revenue and profitability goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing dealer accounts.
Serve as the primary liaison between EV.com and dealers, providing tailored product solutions.
Work closely with internal teams, such as dealer operations and training, to ensure seamless integration and operation.
Negotiate and close deals with senior leaders and decision-makers at dealerships.
Address and resolve any issues arising with dealers, acting as a product subject matter expert.
Keep abreast of new products, features, and functionalities.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce and ensure effective team communication.
Promote a positive team environment focused on achieving sales targets and maintaining high morale.
Manage account receivables and uphold a standard of high-quality service.
Drive continuous improvement and adapt to changes within the sales team.

Required
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
Strong understanding of client standards and product requirements.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in interpreting and presenting data.
Ability to effectively interface with clients at various levels.
Open-minded and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
High integrity, proactive attitude, and excellent work ethic.
Willingness to travel domestically, including overnight stays.
