Responsibilities
FP&A business support for the Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing business
Deliver key weekly financial reporting & insight, partnering with essential team members
Drive tactical objectives in support of monthly & quarterly business reviews, annual operating plans, and the planning processes
Support key initiatives providing vital data for deep analysis of the organization
Demonstrate FP&A leadership with timely, accurate, and valuable information
Partner cross-functionally to drive projects from planning to execution
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes and initiatives
Continuously improve and streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Perform special projects and ad-hoc reports and presentations as needed to support the team and senior management

Required
Bachelor’s degree with significant coursework in finance, accounting, and/or a quantitative field
1-to-3 years’ experience in finance
Certifications including CPA and CFA are a plus
Strong business sense
Superior attention to detail while moving quickly in a fast-paced environment
Expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills and working knowledge of IT systems
Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas orally and in writing
Self-reliant, problem solver with a natural bias towards continuous operational improvement
Understanding of finance, accounting, and impact to reporting systems
Consistent record of working with a diverse group of individuals
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
High level of intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
