Responsibilities
Provide essential administrative support to the marketing team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling phone/email correspondence.
Maintain organized digital and physical files for marketing campaigns, projects, and budgets.
Order and manage marketing supplies and materials as needed.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for marketing staff.
Process invoices and facilitate estimates for signature(s).
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and edit marketing materials, such as product descriptions, collateral, and promotional content.
Ensure all written content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
Support the planning and execution of university marketing events, such as photo/video shoots, interviews, and special events.
Assist with event logistics, including coordinating interview schedules, reserving space, and on-site coordination.
Assist in organizing marketing events, webinars, and conferences by coordinating logistics, managing registrations, and overseeing promotional materials.
Help maintain marketing project schedules and timelines.
Support the tracking and reporting of marketing campaign performance metrics.
Consistently monitor, evaluate, and update ATSU webpages.
Aid in developing and distributing internal communications related to marketing updates, campaigns, and events.
Foster collaboration and information sharing among marketing team members and university stakeholders.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism or a related field.
1-3 years of marketing experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated interest in marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
