Responsibilities

Manage OEM products for speedy upload and optimal web presentation
Develop OEM relationships to fill the gap in OriGene's offerings
Create web content and marketing campaigns to drive the sales of OEM products
Develop and execute marketing strategies for OEM business growth and profitability
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement marketing programs supporting OEM partners and driving product demand
Develop and manage marketing budgets and forecasts
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the OEM market
Maintain relationships with key OEM partners
Collaborate with product management for new product launches
Execute lead generation campaigns for new business opportunities
Manage marketing collateral including presentations, case studies, and white papers
Attend trade shows and events, manage distribution channels, and perform other assigned duties

Required

Strong scientific knowledge and background is a must!
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in life science discipline with good knowledge on molecular biology.
3 years of marketing or equivalent experience in a customer facing role.
Good understanding of molecular biology techniques (Clones, cloning, PCR, CRISPR, Lentivirus technology) and its applications
Strong understanding of the OEM market and customer needs
Demonstrated knowledge of marketing tactics and practices. Previous experience in digital marketing a plus
Excellent English-writing, speaking and proof-reading skills are essential
Must be a team player with ability and desire to collaborate diverse staff and support customers
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft software (word processing, email, spreadsheet, database)
Strong project management skills
Organized and self-motivated
Passion for professional growth, team mentality, creativity, and a positive 'can-do'/'yes' spirit

Master's degree/MBA preferred
