Responsibilities

Balance individual contributor work with team management, hiring, and guiding a group of designers.

Build products for complex companies with multiple products, user personas, and handling immense data.

Partner with engineering to pioneer AI-first workflows that optimize efficiency and productivity.

Be in the office (SF or NYC) at least 2-3 days most weeks to sit alongside the founders and/or product managers.

Report directly to the co-founder and Chief Product Officer, and be a critical partner in defining product vision and strategy.
