Responsibilities

Set up, operation, and assessment of equipment in Controlled Classified Production areas.

Operate the automated robotic aseptic fill isolator for fill operations.

Communicate issues and troubleshoot with support teams to resolve equipment problems.

Coordinate process activities to ensure efficient operations.

Adhere to cGMPs, SOPs, and site safety policies.

Review manufacturing batch records.

Assist with deviation and investigation write-ups.

Required

Associates degree in engineering or other technical discipline

Experience with automation and/or robotics

Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Understanding of PLC coding and ladder logic

Excellent written and communication skills

Impeccable attention to detail

Minimum two (2) years of pharmaceutical GMP industry or related experience preferred

Demonstrated effective communicating and interpersonal skills

Previous experience working in controlled critical areas (Grade A/B, C, D or ISO5, 7, 8) preferred

Ability to stand on feet for up to four hours at a time

Be able to lift, push, and /or pull up to 25 pounds

Be able to independently gown for aseptic processing

Be able to be medically cleared to wear full-face tight-fitting respirator based on OSHA Respiratory Protection Standard
