Responsibilities

Design, write, and edit various marketing materials including websites, flyers, social media posts, and blog posts.

Maintain websites and create property websites using Wordpress templates.

Support marketing efforts for individual agents and teams.

Manage the Marketing Team and collaborate with them on social media, content creation, and website projects.

Oversee and grow Abio's social media presence on multiple platforms.

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and provide feedback on their work.

Build relationships with agents and manage their expectations.

Act as a brand ambassador and uphold brand standards in communications and design.

Lead community support efforts.

Analyze marketing performance and website analytics.

Handle other duties as assigned.
