Responsibilities
Utilize skills and business acumen to work with internal and external partners to understand multi-faceted technology and business processes and help drive the delivery of new products.
Use process mapping best practices, visualization tools, and knowledge of technology to clearly lay out requirements and process maps on key processes and workflows.
Engage with humility, curiosity, and strong organizational skills to bring visibility to complex business operations and workflows, and partner as a consultant with stakeholders and developers to inform innovative solutions.

Required
At least 6 years of experience in either frontend or backend web technologies and a strong interest in learning technologies across the stack
Experience leading software engineers or other technical practitioners
Passionate about user experience
Knows and cares about sound product delivery practices like continuous delivery, automated testing, and test-driven development
Willing to fail fast and continuously iterate
Values high quality, maintainable code, collective code ownership, and continuous improvement
Curious and collaborative, open to occasional pair programming and mentoring/learning from others
Low ego and willing to learn
Inclusive and open minded
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Knowledge of cloud platforms with deployment experience in at least one platform (e.g. AWS)
Experience with SQL a must NoSQL preferred but not required
Have professional experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and tooling, like Next.js, Express, Storybook, or similar
Preferred
Have driven technology on a project team before
Have experience with service-oriented products
Have professional experience with production statistical models and statistical programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia
Be an active community member who can learn and bring back new and exciting ideas
