Provide expert communications support for corporate projects, department initiatives, and executive messaging.
Lead efforts in public relations, online reputation management, and crisis communications.
Assist in planning and executing paid media campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the brand strategy team to ensure cohesive messaging.

Required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or four to six years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven expertise in written communication, social media content creation, and crisis communication strategies.
Proficiency in developing communications plans, media plans, and managing projects effectively.
Strong skills in social media management, SEO, and familiarity with Google Analytics.
Strategic thinking and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, iContact, and SiteImprove.
Knowledge of the insurance industry and its products.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
