Responsibilities
Develop and champion a compelling product marketing vision and strategy for Dispenser and Environmental Systems product lines.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market efforts.
Influence strategic direction by providing insights into consumer needs and market dynamics.
Lead customer segmentation initiatives and conduct research to identify market opportunities.
Drive marketing efforts to uncover product growth opportunities.
Manage the product marketing budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
Lead and develop a talented team of product marketing professionals.
Evaluate product sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement.

Required
5-10 years of corporate product marketing or product management experience, ideally in senior-level roles.
Proven leadership in marketing within a multi-brand consumer products manufacturing company or large retail organization.
Deep understanding of marketing strategy development, with a focus on product and consumer brand marketing.
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to effectively present to C-Suite executives and collaborate with sales leaders.
