Responsibilities

Own all end-to-end Design efforts

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to translate requirements into cohesive design solutions.

Design and develop innovative patterns and systems that are durable, repeatable, and set a new standard for craft across the company.

Create, collaborate on, and iterate prototypes, user journeys, and key flows.

Contribute to the product vision and collaborate with a team to define and design user interfaces, systems, and interaction, visual, and motion design patterns.

Drive elegant design solutions from early concept through final implementation and iteration.

Required

5+ years of professional design experience

2+ years of experience designing B2B analytics and insights products, dashboard design and data visualization for mobile and web

Mastery of design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other relevant tools used for UI/UX design

Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and methodologies, including information architecture, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

Understanding of interaction design principles and the ability to create interactive prototypes and animations to enhance user experience

Have worked in startup or on AI products specifically
