Responsibilities

Perform basic architectural tasks including calculations, specifications, reports, and related data tables

Prepare, review, and approve drawings as required

Independently perform advanced technical assignments within approved schedules and budgets under the direction of the Supervising Architect

Coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and departments participating in assigned projects

Assist in training and mentoring architectural and design/drafting personnel

Review and approve conceptual designs

Assist in the development of new architectural methods and techniques

Spend 75% of time in production and 25% in CA/Client facing activities

Licensed ArchitectRevitExperience in large commercial buildings

Required

Bachelors degree in Architecture
