Responsibilities

Further develop and demonstrate the ability to build relationships with key account managers and end users within major NSP accounts, focusing on CDW.
Meet or exceed sales and profit goals established by senior management.
Develop and execute business plans with Sr. National Account Manager and/or Sales Director.
Exhibit strong leadership skills and motivate the sales team.
Strive to increase net sales by reducing Returns and Allowances.
Assist Senior National Account Managers and Sales Directors with sales calls, pipeline management, and inventory.
Assist in optimizing profitability on all sales and activities in the Business Channel.
Conduct sales and training meetings as required and attend all necessary meetings.
Collaborate with the entire sales team to ensure best practices are shared and goals are achieved.
Assist customers with account-related questions, issues, or concerns.
Conduct reviews of forecasting and sales activities to report findings to management.
Analyze industry market trends, competition, products, and pricing to communicate relevant information to sales management.
Review and analyze POS data to gain insights into regions for growth.
Recognize and escalate critical issues to management.
Provide customer recaps for all meetings and ensure action items are executed upon.
Review and analyze daily sales results and be prepared to present information when requested.
Provide positive reinforcement and constructive criticism to team members and escalate issues as needed.
Travel to tradeshows and customer sites as required, including potential international travel.
Learn and remain proficient in Belkin product lines.

Required

3 - 5 years’ experience in managing and selling to retail accounts.
1-3 years’ experience in a sales and/or management capacity or equivalent position. Depending on channel, previously industry experience may be required.
Proven track record of sales growth and/or prospecting.
Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required.
Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills required.
Willingness and ability to travel 50%.
