Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, update, distribute, and manage project estimates.
Observe and monitor the performance of the Superintendent.
Oversee change orders and the billing process.
Supervise subcontractor performance.
Ensure the project meets quality and performance specifications and regulatory requirements.
Manage the start-up of the project.
Review costs against estimates for each total project.
Update labor productivity reports.

Required
Bachelor’s degree related to the construction industry
3 to 6 years’ experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities with exposure to projects of moderate scope
