Responsibilities
Manage and organize the team leader's schedule, including appointments and meetings.
Coordinate appointments with clients, vendors, and team members.
Prepare and maintain documents, presentations, and reports.

Support with occasional personal errands and tasks as needed.
Schedule and organize team meetings.
Act as a central point of contact between team members.
Ensure timely communication of updates and directives.
Create and manage social media content.
Develop strategies to enhance online engagement.
Monitor social channels and respond to inquiries.
Utilize CRM tools for client engagement and business growth.
Update and maintain client information.
Generate reports to support strategic planning.

Required
Proven experience in a similar support role.
