Partner with Product Management on analytics, including event tracking, A/B testing, and performance monitoring
Create intuitive data visualizations for senior leadership decision-making
Produce research reports on topics driving Betterment's growth

Required
3-5 years of experience in a data-professional capacity such as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist
A powerful combination of technical expertise, curiosity, and business acumen
Strong SQL skills to efficiently pull insights from our thoughtfully curated and well-modeled Redshift data warehouse
Experience with Looker, Metabase, or other BI tools
Strengths in working across disciplines to present and build rapport with stakeholders
Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing
