Responsibilities

Perform data analyses using Excel and SQL to derive customer and provider performance insights, as well as other business insights for Operations leadership.

Address analytical and data-related questions from the Operations team and company leadership.

Support the identification of 'best practices' for the Operations team through analysis of current practices and experiments.

Contribute to the customer target-setting process, including day-to-day execution and process improvements.

Build dashboards to enable the Operations team to monitor customer and provider performance, and take action to improve performance as necessary.

Support customer and medical group reporting requests as needed.

Required

2-4 years of work experience in an analytical role, working with internal stakeholders to answer business questions.

Experience working with Operations, Finance, and/or Sales teams.

Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to turn large, messy data sets into actionable insights.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems and solutions clearly, even in uncertain situations.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities, communicate roadblocks, and work effectively within a small and nimble team.

Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups, index/match, pivot tables, etc.

Experience with SQL, including the ability to write and edit queries.

Ability to transform Excel and SQL analyses into presentable and understandable formats for different teams and audiences.
