Responsibilities
Design and develop print and digital materials to support business development efforts with a focus on proposals, presentations, brochures, case studies, and whitepapers
Collaborate with a team of writers and advisors, listening carefully to their ideas and input to create customized deliverables that reflect the desired messaging
Develop new design concepts and ideas while embracing brand standards
Continue to educate themselves on design technology, best practices, and marketing/design trends both inside and outside of the real estate industry

Required
5-8 years of professional design experience
B.A. in Graphic Design or related field
High proficiency in Adobe CC: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (Dreamweaver and/or Premiere is a plus)
High proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency and minimal supervision
