Responsibilities

Work with Practice Group Leaders and attorneys to develop and implement marketing and business development plans.

Collaborate with pricing and innovation teams on proposals and pricing models.

Update marketing collateral, compile matter descriptions, and manage client events.

Support lateral partners with integration, client development, and marketing strategies.

Collaborate with various teams including Pro Bono, Diversity & Inclusion, and IT Security.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Required

8+ years of experience in business development and marketing.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA or J.D.) preferred.

Experience in a legal environment or professional services required.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to develop positive working relationships (in-person and virtually).

Strong project management and presentation skills. Ability
