Responsibilities

Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to completion.

Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.

Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Preparing and presenting project proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.

Identifying potential risks and implementing proactive solutions to mitigate them.

Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards and regulations.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Conducting project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
