Documented experience in K-12 ground up school construction and fit out.
Project list to include library, park, and other public/municipal project experience.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with safety management and familiarity with OSHA regulations.
Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam.

Required

Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry
