Responsibilities

Design and engineer custom millwork and casework using Microvellum and Inventor.
Create and manage cutlists for all millwork projects.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate and efficient fabrication of designs.
Oversee the CNC machining process to ensure accuracy and quality.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Provide technical support and guidance to the production team.
Ensure all designs meet industry standards and client specifications.
Continually improve processes and systems to increase production efficiency and quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the design or production process.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the millwork industry.
Proficiency in Microvellum and Inventor.
Extensive experience with cabinetry, custom millwork, and architectural casework.
Experience with CNC machining.
Strong understanding of millwork engineering principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
