Responsibilities

Utilize predictive analytics and data visualization tools to translate business needs into actionable insights

Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information, analyze business problems, and recommend solutions

Prepare progress reports and ad hoc reports for management

Present information and recommendations using Excel and PowerPoint

Work independently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results

Influence stakeholders by presenting complex information clearly

Stay updated on industry trends to enhance skillset

Required

Have a business degree or a minimum of 2 years related experience with an emphasis on data analytics, data science, statistics, finance or related disciplines.

Have a solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential for success.

Experience in-depth data analysis.

Enjoy collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making processes.

Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL or Python.

Experience with operational staff planning concepts and methodologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.

Strategic mindset with the ability to leverage technical expertise for impactful decision-making.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Prolonged periods (at least two consecutive hours) of standing/walking around the store or department.

Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment.

Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, and color vision.
