Responsibilities
Provide analytical support on financial performance to local ministry teams
Analyze and report on key financial and business trends for the organization
Collect, research, and organize financial and operational data for monthly reporting
Perform difficult and complex tasks to support larger service area teams
Provide guidance, assistance, and training to junior-level analysts

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent education/experience
5 years of analytical and business experience (4 years of experience may substitute for the required degree)
Must have advanced knowledge and skills in financial analysis
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Master’s degree in Business Administration
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) upon hire
Certified Management Accountant (CMA) upon hire
2 years of healthcare-related experience
Demonstrated experience in financial analysis within a healthcare setting
