Responsibilities
Assist in Guest Recovery and managing Online Reputation.
Support calendar management, meeting planning, and upkeep of amenities.
Distribute internal Guest surveys and respond to Guests on review sites and social media platforms.
Send Guest recovery letters and fulfill loyalty card and hospitality kit orders.
Coordinate meeting agendas, order lunches, and assist in meeting preparations.
Assist with hotel reservations, Senior Leadership Team Meetings, and special projects.
Provide administrative support including working lunches, mail distribution, and maintenance of facilities.

Required
Assisting the President, the Vice President of Marketing, and the Operations Team in Guest Recovery and managing their Online Reputation
Assisting with administrative duties including calendar management, meeting support, and upkeep of amenities
Distributing internal Guest surveys to Operations daily
Responding to Guests in real-time on all review sites and social media platforms
Monitoring Direct Messages on Facebook and Instagram
Sending Guest recovery letters
Fulfilling loyalty card and hospitality kit orders
Drafting and distributing meeting agendas, coordinating meeting room calendars, ordering lunches, setting up, payment, and clean-up
Assisting with hotel reservations for DO Meetings
Planning and supporting Senior Leadership Team Meetings, Director of Operations Meetings, Marketing meetings, and RSC Meetings
Booking and maintaining the Executive Conference Room
Assisting with working lunches for SLT members
Distributing mail as needed
Assisting with the daily maintenance of the 6th Floor kitchen, copy room, and reception area
Completing special projects as needed
