Responsibilities
Managing programs, ensuring contractual obligations and margin goals are met while providing an outstanding client experience that will lead to contract renewals and expansions
Providing oversight and program direction to account teams that are delivering services to clients
Successfully developing and executing project plans, tracking deliverables, and documenting client acceptance of deliverables following AIS' Project Management approach
Identifying, tracking, mitigating, and reporting on risks to delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction
Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Identifying and communicating dependencies between projects
Maintaining situational awareness of day-to-day activities on the ground
Building credibility through effective communication and solutioning
Communicating with internal stakeholders to support a coordinated response in serving the client
Identifying and supporting opportunities for continuous improvement
Communicating effectively with government personnel, maintaining appropriate OR and TPOCs
Maintaining adequate staffing levels, contractor management interface with OCIO leadership, the C-levels, management oversight, service level agreements, and other performance requirements
Demonstrating adequate foresight into program planning by identifying problems, providing sufficient information on alternative solutions and impacts minimizing said impacts to the program to the government’s satisfaction
Demonstrating improving processes through training, as well as ensuring deliverables are timely and accurate to minimize the need for government intervention to avoid degradation of mission during critical times, while ensuring notification of significant problems to the appropriate government personnel

Required
Minimum ten years of project management experience
Experience delivering software, data, infrastructure and/or cloud technology projects
Excel in clarifying requirements, expectations, and priorities across multiple stakeholders
Excel in overcoming delivery challenges, building relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding client expectations
Ability to ask probing questions to uncover information needed to understand program and project status and determine logical course of action
Proficiency in analyzing executed contracts to identify delivery implications, evaluating delivery compliance, and communicating these implications to diverse, distributed teams
Working knowledge of Agile software methodologies
Understand technology-related issues and how they might impact successful delivery
Strong written communication
Strong presentation skills and diplomacy skills
Ability to follow policy and procedures, team skills
Time management
Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI - Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe, Information Technology Project Management (ITIL and PMBOK)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
Preferred
Project Management Certification
Certified Scrum Master
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
Previous hands-on technical experience is a plus
