Performing critical analysis to resolve complex issues related to utility systems.
Interpreting regulations, standards, codes, and advanced engineering principles to support utility Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
Analyzing and interpreting complex electrical and mechanical systems.

Required
Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Applying principles of control system engineering, electronic communication, and cybersecurity to support complex electrical and mechanical systems
Performing critical analysis to resolve complex issues as they relate to utility systems
Interpreting regulations, standards, codes, and advanced engineering principles to support utility Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems
Analyzing and interpreting complex electrical and mechanical systems
