Responsibilities
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events, and other similar activities
Providing information by answering questions and requests
Updating and changing delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines for projects
Maintaining procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines
Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
Preparing business correspondence (often using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation computer software)
Arranging travel and filing expense reports
Contributing to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value 'can do' people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity, and fun

Required
High School Diploma/GED
2 years relevant experience
Preferred
Communicate information in a clear, well-organized, and professional manner
Follow established guidelines to focus on details and complete tasks attentively and thoroughly
Escalate issues when necessary
Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
Managing one's own time and the time of others
Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
Demonstrated interest in enhancing knowledge; seeks opportunities to learn and grow
Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing
Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand
Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
