Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive analysis of NGS and scRNA-seq data.
Conduct proteomics data analysis and integrate with genomic and transcriptomic datasets.
Develop and apply bioinformatics pipelines and tools for data processing and analysis.
Interpret and visualize complex biological data, providing insights and actionable conclusions.
Collaborate with wet lab scientists to design experiments and validate computational findings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bioinformatics methods and technologies.
Communicate results and progress through reports, presentations, and publications.

Required

Two years experience
Education: PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field

Preferred

Strong background in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) analysis
Experience in single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis
Experience in proteomics
Ability to integrate diverse datasets
Ability to apply biological knowledge to interpret results
