Responsibilities
Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement new processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Conduct root cause analysis of process issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
Monitor and control process parameters to maintain product quality and consistency.
Design and execute experiments to validate process changes.
Train and support production staff on new and revised processes.
Prepare and maintain documentation for process development and changes.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering
3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems
