Responsibilities
Collaborate with HQ for PR and media related matters.
U.S. Regional Media promotions and management
Survey relevant events and prepare proposal/petition for HQ’s approval
Organize onsite photos/videos at the first event action day
Sales leads collection and management
Post-event report preparations
Collaborate with HQ Marketing to maintain seamless communications, ensuring timely sharing and updates from both sides.
Assist HQ with local marketing project coordination and execution.
Prepare and present monthly marketing report and share with HQ MKT team
Create separate emailing list with the U.S. region newsletter subscribers
Create a quarterly email calendar
Collaborate with HQ in determining the quarterly email campaign topics
Create email template in Hubspot
Present reports on emailing performance (Open rate, click rate)
Plan in advance on monthly content calendar
Collaborate with HQ on monthly content calendar (provide content/graphics/whitepapers/datasheets)
Prepare at least 3 social media (Twitter) posts per weekly basis
Prepare monthly Twitter reports
Contents topics and selections should be suitable for local markets
Work with HQ contents and branding team for consistency

Required
BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields
Minimum 6 years of demonstrated marketing experience in media, event organization, digital marketing executions
B2B marketing experience is desired
Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, project management skills
Familiar with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Photoshop and other design applications
