Responsibilities

Contributes to the development of the brand and communication strategy

Develop and creates graphic design elements for various digital and print material, including websites, brochures, social media, presentations, and other marketing materials

Maintains relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to promote consistent use of the brand in line with the strategy

Complies with regulations for marketing and brand communication.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure a cohesive visual style across all channels

Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and act as a thought leader in design within the company.

Collaborate with stakeholders within AB in marketing, regulatory, legal, compliance, as well as Sonova brand and communication teams

Required

Bachelor´s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field

+3 years of experience in various industries or agencies

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.

Very good working knowledge of MS Office, Teams

Experience working within international cross-functional teams and corporate environment is a plus

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
