Responsibilities

Produce content for various marketing channels like collateral materials, blog posts, email newsletters, and presentations.

Support print, digital, social media, and website marketing efforts in coordination with the CEO.

Draft press releases, pitch to reporters, build media lists, and work with external stakeholders for earned media opportunities.

Collaborate with staff on marketing and communications initiatives.

Assist with investor communication and acquisition, including reporting and supporting investor requests.

Support new market research and development opportunities for investor and project development teams.

Required

1 to 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, communications, investor development, fundraising, or project management; experience in graphic design and/or UI/UX design is a plus.

Well-developed written and oral communication skills.

Quick learner with strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills.

Team player who recognizes learning opportunities and can flex to fill different roles in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Task master with high attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment to help support the growth of a diverse pipeline of capital providers and development partners.

Proficient with all MS Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.

Desire to address climate change and structural inequality through inclusive clean energy investment.
