Responsibilities
Maintain sales coverage for assigned territory including selling additional add-ons and cross-sell products.
Promote whitespace selling of additional cross-sell products and more complex offerings.
Utilize CentralSquare Value Selling (CSVS) methodology in working with opportunities and customers.
Document phone calls and record emails in Sales Force.
Maintain a sales pipeline within Sales Force with current and accurate updates.
Secure sales in an ethical manner exceeding customers’ expectations.
Engage customers through various communication methods to promote additional product offerings.
Learn and explain CentralSquare product offerings to become a trusted advisor to customers.
Communicate customers’ needs internally and set correct expectations during interactions.
Follow CentralSquare's code of ethics and sales processes.
Negotiate and implement contracts, sales orders, change orders, and ensure correct documentation.
Maintain CentralSquare policies on discounts and seek appropriate management approval.
Engage with proposals team for Request for Proposal (RFP) responses in assigned territory.
Provide friendly customer service, engage customer success or support when needed.
Learn about assigned territory, competitors, CST products used, and monitor trends.
Travel up to 25% for on-site presentations, sales meetings, and training.
Maintain a home office with necessary connectivity and professionalism.
Perform all other assigned duties.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree Required, preferably in Business Administration or similar focus
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment
Proficient in Salesforce and other MS Office products
Minimum of 3-5 years of client-facing sales experience. (Preferably software sales)
