Responsibilities

Conducts in depth analysis on item level pricing for GPO and PRxO contracts.

Responsible for analyst training for new employees to ensure understanding of the business and tools needed for analysis.

Creates management reports illustrating generics performance trends across business segments.

Audits customer setups to ensure guidelines are followed and creates recommendations for standardized setups.

Reports on plan and finance goals related to PRxO Generics.

Conducts leakage analysis, interpretation, and reporting at customer/chain/channel level.

Assists in forming revenue and profitability recommendations for PRxO Generics.

Develops financial metrics for monthly tracking and monitoring.

Works with Corporate Finance Audit on PRxO issues, including repayment claims.

Documents processes and procedures related to primary duties and responsibilities.

Analyzes and interprets project oriented requests for Generics Managers, Directors, and VP regarding PRxO Generic Program.

Willingness to work extended hours and travel as required.

Required

Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum of four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience

Experienced in Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Word and Power Point

Strong familiarity with Data Warehouse applications and standard reporting

Ability to analyze financial data and interpret results

Knowledge of SAP systems

Superior analytical skills relative to financial modeling; fluent in profitability calculations

Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work well within a team environment

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Ability to communicate and discuss analytic results to different and varied audiences

Ability to exercise independent judgment and provide insight and recommendations to Senior Level Management
