Responsibilities

Schedule weekly synchronization meetings with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and assigned retail partners to track variances in forecasts.

Analyze sales, financial, and operational data to identify insights for improving forecast accuracy.

Collaborate to build sales and shipment forecasts.

Manage gaps between customer purchase orders and retail forecasts.

Develop and maintain performance-based store tiering and allocation processes.

Create strategies and track KPI performance to drive continuous improvement.

Design, maintain, and automate KPI dashboards using internal systems and retailer portals.

Required

Bachelor's degree (Statistics, Economics, or Engineering preferred) or four or more years of work experience.

Three or more years of related experience in customer management, operations, demand planning, outbound supply chain, or a relevant analytics role.

Forecasting experience using a variety of methods to advise future-state planning.

Advanced MS Excel (Power Query).

Willingness to travel approximately up to 25%.

Preferred

Team-oriented and strong interpersonal capabilities; ability to build relationships (internal/external) and interact effectively with other departments and levels of business affecting the forecast process.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to multitask.

Process-oriented and ability to contribute to continuous improvement.

Experience with aggregating and summarizing large amounts of historical data and identifying trends or business opportunities.

SQL Expertise.

VBA Expertise.

Knowledge of data warehousing.

Working experience with Python/R.

Retail, E-com, or startup experience.

Statistical modeling (Linear Regression/K-means).

Strong leadership skills and outgoing personality.
