Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Product Management in defining and presenting the product strategy.
Develop detailed user stories and maintain the product backlog.
Coordinate with IT leads and developers to assist in technology tool selection.
Gather detailed requirements from users, perform basic market research, and obtain user feedback.
Manage day-to-day communications with business stakeholders, ensuring requirements are understood and documented.
Refine the product backlog, prioritize features, and define detailed acceptance criteria.
Participate in sprint planning sessions, providing detailed input and guidance to the development team.
Translate high-level business and technical requirements into detailed user stories and tasks.
Collaborate with developers to design and review technical specifications.
Conduct quality assurance activities, including user acceptance testing and ensuring alignment with requirements.
Assist in the creation of project charters, documenting specific user stories and tasks.
Track and report KPIs related to business results post-implementation

Required

3+ years of Product Management experience in implementing customer-facing and internal business applications, specifically in an agile environment.
Previous experience in implementations related to CRM systems, contact center operations, field services, or claims management.
Systems experience with CRM platforms, field service management systems, and contact center technologies.
Must be able to provide oversight and assist in defining the roadmap to deliver solutions that empower stakeholder groups to solve their operational and customer service needs.
Bachelor’s Degree
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana or JIRA)
Understanding of CRM platforms, claims management platforms, other SaaS applications, phone systems, customer facing application, etc.
