Responsibilities
Work on cross disciplinary projects to generate insights that inform gameplay content, cosmetic content, and metagame systems
Leverage advanced problem-solving and data synthesis skills to form a deep understanding of the product and partner with senior stakeholders to shape long-term game development strategy
Be accountable for the delivery of Insights research on the team
Drive initiatives that maintain research excellence and strategic thinking on the team, including providing peer review and feedback, evaluating new tools, and contributing to long-term staffing plans
Provide career guidance and mentorship, working with direct reports to establish a roadmap of growth opportunities that build into a satisfying career
Establish working relationships with other Data and Insights teams across the organization

Required
7+ years of experience with user research, market research or a related field of behavioural analysis; graduate degrees in related fields count towards experience (psychology, human-computer interaction, human factors, marketing, or communications)
2+ years of professional industry experience in gaming, entertainment, or consumer products
2+ years of experience managing individuals and teams
Proficiency with large user research tools such as Qualtrics, QuestionPro, or Sawtooth
Preferred
Experience working on a live service game with a free-to-play model
Existing familiarity with Teamfight Tactics
