Responsibilities
Network with, and continually expand our circle of influence at named partners, ensuring we continue to help our partner(s) win as many opportunities as possible.
Achieve new business targets including identifying and implementing new Business Development initiatives.
Obtain a detailed understanding of current and potential clients with a focus on long-term client relationships and profitable revenue generation.
Identify and win new business mainly in the Americas (or other assigned region(s) as required), targeting both start-ups and established businesses.
Champion cross-sell activities across all service lines to drive new sales from existing clients.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and sales professionals to achieve business sales objectives.
Lead deal terms throughout the sales cycle.
Lead commercial negotiations in line with agreed parameters.
Comply with procedures for the maintenance of pipeline information, call reports, proposal templates, service / fee proposals and related financial analysis.
Ensure CRM system is updated.
Senior relationship management to ensure that client needs are understood, and new products and services are effectively communicated.
Position the business to capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
Build the business' brand to generate quality leads.
Develop and manage the intermediary and third-party services provider network (particularly law firms, regulatory / start-up consultants, banks, auditors, and technology vendors).

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study.
5+ years business development experience in B2B service environment with global payroll providers.
Proven experience working with Senior Management in the development of client relationships.
Experience of working with CRM (Client Relationship Management) systems.
Strong digital marketing/social media experience.
Excellent research, analysis and report writing skills.
Highly computer literate (with knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Effective time management and organizational skills.
A dynamic, self-starter with strong communication skills.
Able to produce high quality work when under pressure.
