Responsibilities

Professional planning and hands-on management/oversight for multiple projects on Retail and Administration sites including Decommission, Renovations, and Tenant Improvement projects.
Manage multiple projects at various phases and locations, from project identification through design, planning, client approval, permit issuance, construction, and financial closeout.
Lead project teams consisting of various professionals including architects, design engineers, contractors, property management, and client teams.
Provide regular project activity updates to Team Lead and/or Regional Manager, and update project activities in Client’s Project Management tools.
Develop risk management plans, lead teams through work authorization processes, and ensure no impacts within critical environments or equipment.
Apply top-tier project management skills during client interactions to understand client needs and develop project goals and scope of work.
Prepare accurate project documentation for all construction phases on time, including project charter, budgets, schedules, and status reports.
Manage vendors to ensure compliance with project policies and procedures, including formal closeout of all projects within 60 days after completion.

Required

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Preference towards a Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
5+ years as a Project Manager or similar role.
Ability to regularly communicate analyzed data to client and team to achieve project goals
Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts.
Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client’s representatives, etc.).
Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, submittals, change orders.
Fully competent at managing all types/sizes of projects.
