Responsibilities
Define the approach to building a community of users and prospects through in-person and digital events.
Build the roadmap for community engagement and advocate for relevant investment and resourcing.
Drive community-based activities across various platforms in partnership with Demand Generation and Sales.
Develop a comprehensive field marketing strategy and execute it seamlessly with cross-functional partners.
Create an events roadmap including prospect dinners, user webinars, and advisory board events.
Execute experiments to deepen community engagement and increase awareness of Assembled.
Develop programs to engage customer advocates and enhance their connection with the product and team.

Required
5+ years of experience in event management with a proven track record of driving tangible outcomes
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success
Resourceful with the ability to thrive in uncertainty and find innovative solutions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Motivated by understanding user needs and designing experiences accordingly
Positive impact mindset and willingness to contribute to customer support teams
Kind, collaborative, empathetic, and flexible attitude
Preferred
Experience in managing community engagement programs
Knowledge or experience in customer support industry
Experience in field marketing strategy development and execution
Ability to build strong relationships with customer advocates
Experience working with companies like Stripe, Google, Atlassian, Twitter, Airbnb, Looker, NEA, Bain, etc.
Familiarity with in-person and digital event platforms
Experience in organizing prospect dinners, user webinars, and advisory board events
